In the heart of Lavaur, in the Pays de Cocagne (Land of Plenty), we welcome you to our guesthouse, a beautiful 19th-century residence.
This mansion was built in 1830 by Guillaume Daguilhon Pujol, then sub-prefect, to house the sub-prefecture. It housed the sub-prefecture until its sale and privatization in the 1920s.

In 2018, Sandrine Fredon and her husband restored and embellished the house to offer five elegant and spacious bedrooms as well as shared spaces. They sought a contemporary ambiance without losing the character of this mansion.
Valérie and Jérome are eager to continue their efforts. It is in this authentic setting that they are committed to welcoming you in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Our chef is committed to using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to ensure freshness and quality, and classic dishes with a contemporary twist to honor the past while celebrating innovation.
Every dish we serve has a story to tell, whether it's a carefully simmered stew, a homemade sauce, or a traditional dessert.
The 5 rooms
All the rooms are spacious and bathed in daylight, have a view on the garden and are equipped with a fan for the summer nights.
Each room has a private bathroom, a high quality and large dimensions bedding, a flat screen television and a Wi-Fi connexion. At your disposal in the rooms: kettle, coffee, tea, herbal tea, and in the bathroom: a hair dryer and bath amenities.
Two rooms on the ground floor also have a kitchenette with equipments for people with limited mobility.
Each room is decorated based on a theme that reflects the personality of the owner of the place.
